Since our ancestors, we have sought immortality, to extend ourselves into the universe, to communicate with deities through offerings in all the cults of the world; and they are the altars where we deposit the sacred, which is of joy and respect for those to whom we want to offer.
Mezcal is the best way in which as Oaxacans we offer; with mezcal we celebrate life, we honor death, we cure ills and we offer our respects to deities in nature. A drink of the gods, one of the altars of my Oaxacan land.

HANDMADE PRODUCTION.
The artisan process of making our mezcal consists of 6 stages:

  • Cultivation and jima
  • Cooking or baking
  • Grinding
  • Fermentation
  • Distillation
  • Packing
